Burgerama is back for its 16th year, and we’re introducing three burgers and one Beer Crust Pizza to the lineup for 2024!
Smoked Pork Belly Smash Burger
Smashed Black Angus Beef burger topped with smoked pork belly, stone-ground mustard aioli, Roma tomato jam, shaved romaine lettuce, topped with a grilled tavern bun.
Pho Burger Dip
Smashed Black Angus Beef burger seasoned with savory Pho spice. With sliced jalape?os, garlic caramelized onions, cilantro, and hoisin sauce. Served on a French roll and with Pho broth for dipping.
Rosemary’s Burger
Black Angus Beef burger topped with savory rosemary cream cheese on a grilled tavern bun with onion crisps, lettuce, tomato, and roasted jalape?o garnish.
Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza
Our Beer Crust pizza topped with Ram Burger Sauce, cheddar jack cheese, chopped burger patty, bacon, dill pickle chips, diced onions, and tomatoes.
